The Dividend policy for the company is that 70% of our future monthly EBIT from gold production in PNG will be paid to members. At this point in time the company anticipates commencing gold production at its Maprik leases by no later than November 2021.

The company cautions investors that all future production is dependant upon the company being able to access its projects in PNG.  The reason for this is that there is still an enormous amount of uncertainty both in Australia and PNG over gaining access to PNG for its key employees and executives.  To this extent the company is exploring all avenues to expedite our personnel deployment safely into PNG
